These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnswerIt ("Service"), operated by MainDevs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AnswerIt is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses to customer reviews (e.g., Google, Yelp). Users provide a business profile and paste review text; the Service returns a context-aware draft reply. Generated responses are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before publishing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@maindevs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription plans. Free accounts receive a limited number of AI generation credits per calendar month. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited credits for the duration of the active subscription period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Responses generated by the Service are produced by a third-party AI model (OpenAI GPT-4o) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific context. You assume full responsibility for any content you publish based on these suggestions. MainDevs LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated responses.
You retain ownership of the review text and business information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the Service. We retain all rights to the Service, its design, and underlying technology.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainDevs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
